Amazon says I violated terms, they won't tell me when or where.

Amazon took away my ability to write reviews. When I contacted them about this they said they had to have their team review my account. After they reviewed my account they sent me an email saying I "violated their terms", and that's all the information they gave me. I replied to the email asking for more information because the terms I read I did not violate. They never responded.So my question is how can I get this fixed?
